- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at biocult@hotmail.com within the 14-day return period to inform us of your decision to return the product. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: For returns not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
